Reel 1: Thoracic Swing Reel 2: 5-Min Morning Flow
💡 How to follow:
• Warm-up / Rotational Power: Start with the Thoracic Rotational Arm Swing (10–12 reps/side). Drive with the back arm to stretch the whole lat/hip kinetic line.
• Daily 5-Minute Flow: Perform moves 2 through 11 for 30 seconds each back-to-back with zero downtime. Ideal first thing in the morning to rehydrate fascia and mobilize the entire body.

1. Thoracic Rotational Arm Swing (The Proper Mechanics)

1. Thoracic Rotational Arm Swing (The Proper Mechanics)

The signature rotational mobility drill. Drive with the trailing (back) arm to unlock full ribcage rotation and fascial expansion.

  1. Lead with the back arm — throw it up and back into full extension
  2. Front arm follows naturally as a result of torso twist
  3. Feel the full catching sensation and stretch from lat down through hip
  4. 10–12 controlled explosive reps per side
2

2. Jumping Twists

2. Jumping Twists

Light elastic bounding while rotating the hips and torso in opposition. Gets the blood pumping and rehydrates the whole-body fascial web.

  1. Bounce on the balls of your feet with soft knees
  2. Rotate hips left as torso twists right, then alternate
  3. Keep breathing smooth and relaxed
  4. Perform for 30 seconds
3

3. Full-ROM Shoulder Arm Circles

3. Full-ROM Shoulder Arm Circles

Daily shoulder joint insurance using active full range of motion so you never lose overhead capacity.

  1. Stand tall with braced core — zero lumbar arching
  2. 15s forward large circles, 15s backward large circles
  3. Reach actively through fingertips at all angles
  4. Perform for 30 seconds total
4

4. Aura Farmers Walk & Chest Opener

4. Aura Farmers Walk & Chest Opener

Active walking mobility drill opening the arms, anterior shoulders, chest, and thoracic spine.

  1. Pull shoulders and arms back with palms open
  2. Puff chest proud and extend thoracic spine
  3. Walk with deliberate swagger and rhythm
  4. Perform for 30 seconds
5

5. McGregor Shoulder Swings

5. McGregor Shoulder Swings

Dynamic loose arm crossovers to clear out any remaining stiffness in the upper back and shoulder girdle.

  1. Let arms swing loosely across the chest and snap back open
  2. Alternate which arm crosses on top
  3. Stay relaxed through the neck and traps
  4. Perform for 30 seconds
6

6. Spinal Body Waves

6. Spinal Body Waves

Segmental undulating spine waves that wake up every vertebra and rehydrate both anterior and posterior fascial chains.

  1. Initiate wave from pelvis and roll smoothly through head
  2. Articulate flexion into full extension
  3. Move rhythmically like a wave
  4. Perform for 30 seconds

7. Yogi Lunges

7. Yogi Lunges

Brings the central nervous system online. Integrates deep leg drive, hip flexor opening, core bracing, and single-leg balance.

  1. Step deep into lunge while opening chest and arms
  2. Sink hips low while maintaining active balance
  3. Alternate sides smoothly with control
  4. Perform for 30 seconds

8. Cossack Squats

8. Cossack Squats

Deep frontal plane lateral squats to fully mobilize the adductors, groin, hips, and ankle dorsiflexion.

  1. Shift weight completely into one leg while trailing leg stays extended (heel grounded, toes pointed up)
  2. Keep supporting heel glued to floor and chest upright
  3. Glide side to side smoothly across the floor
  4. Perform for 30 seconds

9. Pump Stretch (Human Cat-Cow Flow)

9. Pump Stretch (Human Cat-Cow Flow)

Dynamic transition between cobra/upward dog and downward dog, decompressing the spine and stretching the entire posterior chain.

  1. Press hips down into upward dog with proud chest and extended neck
  2. Pike hips high into downward dog driving heels toward floor
  3. Pump continuously with smooth breath sync
  4. Perform for 30 seconds
10

10. Gymnastic Bridge

10. Gymnastic Bridge

Complete back bridge. Unlocks buttery thoracic extension, shoulder flexion, and anterior chain mobility.

  1. Place palms by ears, feet hip-width flat on floor
  2. Drive through heels and hands to press hips to ceiling
  3. Push chest over shoulders to open thoracic spine
  4. Perform/hold for 30 seconds (or 3x10s pulses)

11. Supine Windshield Wipers

11. Supine Windshield Wipers

Gentle rotational reset for the lumbar spine and pelvic rotators to finish the routine ready for life.

  1. Lie flat on back with arms out in T-position
  2. Bend knees and rotate legs side to side smoothly
  3. Keep shoulder blades glued to the floor
  4. Perform for 30 seconds
